Warranty Disclaimer & Limitations
IDC Roofing and Renovations LLC provides a workmanship warranty covering defects resulting directly from labor performed by IDC Roofing and Renovations LLC. This warranty applies only to work completed by our company and does not extend to materials, installations, repairs, or modifications performed by other contractors, previous installers, homeowners, or third parties.
This warranty does not cover:
- Pre-existing conditions or damage
- Work performed by other companies
- Normal wear and tear
- Manufacturer defects (which may be covered separately under manufacturer warranties)
- Damage caused by weather events, acts of God, structural movement, neglect, misuse, or lack of maintenance
- Repairs or alterations made by others after project completion
Any warranty coverage is valid only when the original scope of work has not been altered and when the project has been properly maintained. Warranty claims must be submitted within a reasonable time after discovery of the issue and allow IDC Roofing and Renovations LLC the opportunity to inspect and, if applicable, remedy the issue.
Warranty terms, duration, and coverage may vary by project and will be outlined in the written agreement or invoice provided at the time of service. No implied warranties extend beyond those expressly stated in writing.
